Eduardo grew up in the Mott Haven Section of the South Bronx. He obtained a Masters Degree in Education Leadership and Supervision at Nova South eastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology at Taylor University, He also had future training at Barry University, Miami Florida Master's Study in School Counselling and at the U.S. Secret Service School Safety Course. Eduardo was a Special Assistant, Technical Trainer, NBA and College Professional Athletes at Best Ball Analytics Eduardo worked at the following Institutions: Vice Principal of Schools, Tequesta Trace Middle School, Counselor Miami Jackson Senior High School, Sports Director of the USA National Games, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Vice Minister of Sports R.D. and Gulf & Western Americas Corporation, Sports Program Director.
